Today I will be reviewing kigurumi-shop.com! I received a plush hat and a kigurumi for Christmas. I knew what website my mom bought them from and decided to review the items! Here is what I got:

Hello Kitty Kigurumi Cap

This was my first kigurumi ever! Keep that in mind! If you don't know, a kigurumi is different than a onesie/footy pajamas. Footy pajamas have, well, feet attacked to them and sometimes a butt flap. Kigurumi's do not have feet on them or a butt flap. The leg parts of the kigurumi go down to the ankle (sometimes above the ankle if you are taller. Kigurumi's are usually one size, unlike footy pajamas. They also are very oversized in the crotch/butt area. Some people might think it looks weird or is uncomfortable or might be difficult to move around in but it's the complete opposite. Also, Kigurumi's are usually character or animal themed and have a hood! They are cuter than footy pajamas, I guarantee that.

Now for the comfort of the kigurumi I bought. The material is thick (apparently thicker than the one my sister got? Mine is an official Sanrio product) and very soft. Where I live it is winter and snowing every day this past week. Point is, it is COLD. Believe me when I say that the my kigurumi kept me SO warm. Personally, it helped me sleep better. Because I was so comfortable in the kigurumi, I slept more soundly and didn't toss and turn because I was cold or uncomfortable in my regular pajamas.

The quality of the kigurumi is off the charts! Not only is the material warm and comfortable, the kigurumi itself is such high quality. The buttons weren't loose and they go securely into the button holes. the lining isn't visible and there is absolutely no itchiness in the pajamas.

I'll keep the info on the hat pretty short since these are pretty widely available, but the hat is great! I wear it when it's really cold out and put my jacket hood over it. It keeps my head and ears really warm and is very soft and cute!

The kigurumi is so cute. Like, beyond cute. From the ears on the hood to the little white tail on the back, this thing is perfect for someone who loves all things cute. Don't think a guy or "tomboy" wouldn't like one- there are so many to choose from! From farm animals to your favorite Disney or Sanrio characters!

I highly recommend you buy from this shop. I know what you're thinking... why are they SO expensive, right? The QUALITY and AVAILABILITY make these things so pricey. They are high quality (as I stated before) and, well, they are pretty hard to come upon in most countries. Most people have to order them online. If you do really want to buy one, I suggest investing in one after saving up some extra cash, buying it with your Christmas or birthday money, or just asking for it for Christmas or your birthday.

Lush Dragon's Egg Bath Bomb Review

Today I have a review for you for the Lush Dragon's Egg bath bomb. It is, in fact, my first bath bomb ever! I've been wanting a bath bomb for quite some time. It wasn't until recently when I was shopping for my mother's birthday gift did I lunge at the chance to finally purchase a bath bomb. I bought one for her as well (her first bath bomb, too!). I bought her the Fizzbanger bath bomb, which smells incredible and I plan on purchasing for myself in the future (if she ends up liking it).

As I mentioned before, this was my first bath bomb. Besides Fizzbanger, this is the bath bomb that allured me the most and I knew was a popular bath bomb. I haven't taken a bath since I was a kid (I only take showers). Bath bombs are basically full-proof- you fill your tub with water with your desired temperature and drop the bath bomb in. Admittedly, I got a little scared when dropping it in because I thought it would crack, but it was fine.

The Scent: In Lush's description it mentions that it should smell like refreshing sherbet-y citrus and they are correct! It's pure citrus-y goodness! I know some people have had certain Lush bath bombs where the scent is very overpowering and almost nauseating. I did not experience this with this bath bomb- it was light and fresh.

The Extras: The water turned a beautiful yellow gold with orange accents. Lush mentions that this bath bomb crackles and fizzes and, again, they were correct! It sounded faintly like a crackling fire, which makes sense seeing as it's a "Dragon's" egg. Lush also mentions that there is a glitter explosion. I was disappointed when I was looking down into the water before getting in when I saw zero signs of glitter... then I got in. Whoa! There was SO MUCH glitter! It was like swimming in a tub full of gold.

Others: Behind the pretty colors and glitter, this bath bomb left my skin nice and smooth and my body both relaxed and hydrated. The water felt silky smooth! It did leave just a bit of glitter on my skin, but not too much, don't worry! Also, there will be some things floating around that look white, but it's actually little soap suds that make the water feel silky.

Dislikes: Well, one tiny dislike is that it leaves a lot of glitter in your bathtub, but a quick wipe will get rid of it and, hey, it's only glitter! It could be worse (stained tub, like some bath bombs).

Overall: Would I recommend this? Definitely! Obviously it's a little pricey for a single bath use, but if you're into relaxing after school, work, or just a long day, this will definitely help calm and relax you! Just set your laptop up to a movie/show, get a book, or put on some music and you're set! My music of choice was A Fine Frenzy. I also watched a little bit of Lost Girl but paused it half way.

Just a little review for the Long Winter Farm items~ The Honeyed Mango lip balm is very moisturizing and leaves my lips so soft. I'm not crazy about the scent, but I don't hate it. It's more Honey than it is Mango (I wish it was vice versa). The Almond Oat bar of soap is just... amazing. It's all I've been using lately! I've abandoned all of my Lush products and only been using this. It leaves my skin squeaky clean but still so soft! My skin has been improving so much after using this and using one of my Fortune Cookie Soap body butters after. I can't recommend this enough! And it's a big bar that lathers like a DREAM!

Too Faced Loves Sephora 15 Years of Beauty Palette Review + Swatches

Hello! Today I present the long awaited review of my Too Faced Loves Sephora 15 Years of Beauty Palette *phew*! I will go through each item/makeup included in the palette and provide swatches for you guys!

First off, I'd like to mention that this was my very first non-drugstore palette that I shelled out a bunch of cash for. I wanted one and after scouring Sephora for a couple of days and looking at Youtube videos and blog posts, I decided I would buy the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette because of how beautiful everything seemed and how much it included. I want to add that I didn't own any great eyeshadows or blushes before this and owned zero bronzers.

I purchased this on the Sephora website for $52.00 and got 4 free samples (1 from Ebates and 3 you can choose when looking at your cart). Friendly reminder, this palette is limited edition!

Packaging

The packaging is so pretty! Now, I've never owned any Too Faced makeup or even purchased anything at Sephora, so if it weren't for watching those videos before purchasing this I wouldn't have known (or realized, more like) that the packaging of this collaboration is Too Faced inspired (the pink, gold, and pale teal) and Sephora inspired (the stripes, which are on every Sephora shopping bag). It's pretty and sophisticated! Ignore the dents... it (sadly) came like that when I opened my package.

The packaging for the palette itself is the same as the box holding it! Pretty and sleek- not much else to say.

Extra

Included with the palette is a little sliding pamphlet (Glamour Guide) with 15 complete looks using the shadows, bronzers, and blush! There is a look for everything, really! Also, each look is named after a staff member that created it- cute! I've tried a couple of these looks and I really liked them!

The Eye Shadows

Piano Keys - A slightly shimmery, white shadow. This color is perfect for a light base (it can be built up) or for highlighting. It's a nice color, although I do wish it were a bit more pigmented.

Behind the Counter - The perfect milk chocolate brown! This eye shadow is matte and opaque. This looks great on the crease paired with Piano Keys and another color of your choice.

So Cal - A peachy, shimmery, slightly salmon pink. I was really excited about this color, but it's kind of pigmented, although the color can be built up. It might just be how it interacts with my skin tone, so don't be too discouraged. This color is probably more vibrant if a white base is used under it.

SOHO - This color is slightly shimmery lilac. When I first tried this, I was a bit disappointed. I gave it another try, and it's not so bad. This and So Cal are my least favorite (please not that this does not mean I dislike them, they just aren't as AMAZING as the rest of the shadows).

TF ♥'s The Cast - The prettiest gold I ever did see! So pigmented and shimmery! This color can be used for so many looks- daytime, night time, summer, winter! You will not be disappointed with this eye shadow!

Envy - A dark purple with dark lavender shimmer. Envy is perfect for smoky looks and is very highly pigmented. This color goes very well with SOHO!

Jer Jer - Although it looks more orange in this photo, I assure you that Jer Jer is a more copper penny color (think of a new penny, when it's not all dark and dirty). It's very highly pigmented and has gold glitter. This is just as impressive as TF ♥'s The Cast!

David & Marg - This mermaid teal, shimmery shadow is very beautiful. It's not as pigmented as Jer Jer or Envy, but it is a beautiful color. This shadow has silver shimmer in it and is perfect for all seasons!

525 Market - I'm not really sure how to describe this eye shadow color-wise. I'd say it's kind of like a shimmery brick red with brown undertones. This shadow is highly pigmented and if you're the kind of person who doesn't like harsh colors, don't worry! When blended, this shadow looks gorgeous and not as intense!

1998 - Every shadow in existence can go home now. This is the prettiest, most '90s color in existance! It's the perfect pinkish purple color! It has the most beautiful gold shimmer scattered through it! The bad thing? None of my dumb clothes match this gorgeous color! I need to find a top that goes well with this color ASAP!

Swatches

Here is each color swatched on my arm. Keep in mind that due to lighting, some of the eye shadows look lighter or less pigmented than they actually are!

Bronzers & Blush

Chocolate Soleil Bronzer - This matte chocolate bronzer is very beautiful and smells sweet! I'm still not very good at applying bronzer, but I will say that this color isn't super intense so it's great for people with fairer skin colors, too!

Sun Bunny Bronzer - To be honest, I've only used this bronzer once. Be careful with this one, though, it's both shimmery and highly pigmented.

Who's Your Poppy? Blush - I feel pretty silly admitting this, but the first time I tried this peachy pink blush, I didn't realize it was a shimmer blush. I put my hands on my face and saw glitter on my fingers- but how? I then realized it was the blush on my cheeks. Just a word of caution for those who don't know or realize! This blush is very pigmented and has very noticeable gold shimmer, so be careful when applying this- a little goes a long way!

The Rest

Mini Flatbuki brush - Included in this palette is a mini "Flatbuki" brush. It's pretty awkward to use since it's not very stiff. I've used it to apply bronzer before and it was just OK. 

Mini Shadow Insurance - I honestly only used this one or twice and didn't really notice a difference. I didn't have a problem with creasing in the first place, so I don't think I will be using this in the future.

Overall

What do I rate this palette out of 10? 9/10! It's a great palette if you're looking for fun, different colors! This palette is perfect for almost every season (especially spring and summer!) and I can't recommend it enough if you're a makeup lover! This palette is limited edition and is sold out at most Sephora stores (it's still available online!) so act fast if you fell in love with this palette as much as I did!

Vinylmations: Myths & Legends and Robots 3

I received my vinylmations in the mail! Two Robots 3 and two Myths & Legends! They were securely packaged with bubble wrap and in a brown box (did you know that Disney changed their packaging? I love it more now!).

Here were the possibilities of what I could get! The chaser for M&L collection was a purple dragon with an expendable neck. The chaser for the Robots 3 collection was Goofy.

I received the Mickey one! It was my first duplicate- I purchased two Robots 3 vinylmations around two months ago and this is one of the one's I got. I wasn't too bummed (I can always trade or sell it) but my record of not getting a duplicated EVER was broken (I had 18 3in. and 4 Jrs.).

I was so stoked to get this one! I really wanted it! One of my favorite vinylmations I own to date!

Now for the Myths & Legends series...

I got the gnome! Isn't the hat adorable? I really wanted Medusa or the Mermaid but the gnome and big foot were one of the one's I wanted, so I'm happy!

Not gonna lie, I was pretty bummed about this one. I really wanted Medusa or the Mermaid! But it's okay... I may decide to trade this one if I see something I like in the trading box.

I do have a couple of complaints, sadly. My gnome vinylmation had a scratch on one of the ears (not cause by me) and the Winnie the Pooh had some strange sticker residue on it (which came off with warm water and a napkin). This is strange, since I haven't heard any complaints of defects on either series. It's fine, though. I'm not that crazed of a collector (yet, at least) to write the Disney Store an angry review. I'm still very happy with the items I got and will continue buying from the Disney Store (both online and in store).

LIGHTS Siberia Acoustic Review

I recently received the downloads for Siberia Acoustic (a perk from pre-ordering the CD bundle). There seems to be a lot of negativity towards her collaborations with other artists on this album, so I would like to give my review on every song on the album. I will include the iTunes bonus "Timing Is Everything" and the RDIO (that's how they spell it) exclusive for "Fourth Dimension". Banner
This song is a favorite of mine. Although it is very great acoustically, it is pushed back a bit by other songs that shine a bit brighter on this album. The cello in this is very prominent, which I love. Just because it is pushed back a bit by the others does not mean it is bad. I feel that her vocals in this are probably the most impressive (right behind Heavy Rope).

Cactus in the Valley
This song starts off amazing. I'd heard this song before I received the downloads because it was a free preview on Lights' official website. Once Adam Young begins singing, it just annoys me so much. I honestly do not like his voice at all. When he sings on his own, my ears catch fire. When Lights joins him it isn't as bad. When Lights take lead again and he sings background it actually sounds amazing. When the song begins to end and he joins her in the background it sounds incredibly beautiful (2:50 mark). He sounds so much better in the background. But really, I don't hate the song. Lights' singing is amazing and the lyrics are probably the best I've heard in quite a while.

Where The Fence Is Low
Definitely a favorite of mine on the album. I love the original, but this acoustic version is so raw and pure. It's so soft it could almost be a lullaby. Lights sounds amazing in this track. I love how instead of her humming towards the 2:45 mark and the background "ohh's" at the 2:55 mark. After that, her vocals become more raw and beautiful.

Siberia
Now onto probably the most controversial song on the album featuring Max Kerman of Arkells. Some say his voice doesn't fit the song, but I have to disagree. I like to think of it as two people singing to each other. Why do the two voices have to match? Max sounds wonderful. The simple piano in the background is amazing as well. Max's voice kind of has a dull/sad tone in this song with I absolutely love. It gives the song a sad and loving take. Lights sounds amazing as well and sounds amazing with Max. Arkells had a collaboration with Lights before on their song "Book Club" which I absolutely love.

Suspension
I'll admit, this was probably my least favorite song on Siberia. I have found to love it on Siberia Acoustic. I love softer songs, and Suspension originally was one of the heavier songs. In Siberia Acoustic, Suspension is lovely. I love how her vocals start of soft and start getting heavier. I love how she completely turned around the lyrics around 2:25 as well.

Toes
One of her bigger hits from her last album. It starts off with guitar strums that sounds almost exactly like her song to her sister and her then fiancee, "Jess and Jonny." Toes was originally a song you could definitely dance to but she gave it a complete 180 with the wonderful background guitar and the cello. When she sings "Toes" towards the end it sounds so raw and wonderful. It gets a little rougher towards the end but she returns it to a softer tone, which I love. Her voice goes almost to a whisper and is very relaxing.

Peace Sign
Another collaboration that created a bit of controversy for multiple reasons. She collabs with French singer Coeur de pirate. First off, I have to say that this song gets like an 9/10 from me. The only thing that really bothers me is when Coeur de pirate is not singing in French. I know, silly. Onto the controversies- some didn't like Coeur de pirate at all. Others believed that it was actually Lights singing in French, although it specifically states that the song features Coeur de pirate. Others, like me, think she sounds strange when singing in English. As for my opinions on the song, it's a wonderful song (minus Cdp singing in English). It's simple and soft.

Heavy Rope
Now onto my favorite song from Siberia. How did it do in Siberia Acoustic? AMAZING! I can't get enough of this song acoustically. It starts off with simple guitar strumming then Lights begin's humming and it sounds freaking amazing. Not like anything I've ever heard her sing before. It sounds like something off an Indie song! There's a slight echo to her, which sounds amazing when she sings "somehow, I'm still alone." The simplicity of the song leaves me in awe. How can something so simple be so beautiful? Her singing is probably the best I've heard of her on an album. Her singing at 2:50 is the most beautiful thing I've ever heard. Seriously. Towards the end of the song she becomes a little louder like she really is asking for help. It becomes softer and she ends it with "come bail me out of this" which was not originally the lyric she ended with. It fits perfectly at the end.

Flux and Flow
A song I wasn't too crazy about (in Siberia) but came to love later. I was excited to her its acoustic version and Lights does not disappoint. The guitar and cello in the background in the background fit perfectly. Every time she sings "Flux and Flow" the second time around it surprised me at first and I didn't like how loud it was at first but I've gotten used to it now and love it. It seemed misplaced but I understand why she did it. Flux and Flow was originally one of the rougher songs on Siberia and she probably wanted to keep some of it in.

...And Counting
Repetitive and simple. Is that a bad thing? Not at all. In this case, I absolutely adore it. The strings and piano in the background give it a lullaby, classy feel. I could almost fall asleep listening to this song. It becomes a bit louder towards the 1:50 mark and by the 2:15 mark it's like a new song. Lights' voice in this are very impressive and I can tell she is really singing from her heart.

Timing Is Everything
I was bummed that this song was not included for those who pre-ordered $20+ packages but I didn't mind much. Timing Is Everything was originally one of my favorites from Siberia and I love the acoustic take on Siberia Acoustic. It doesn't lose the fun it originally had but it does gain some more heart, if that makes any sense. When she originally wrote it, she was only dating (possibly engaged already) to Beau Bokan and now she is happily married. I can see her singing this with more heart this time around.

Fourth Dimension
A Rdio exclusive that wasn't included in the pre-orders or iTunes. Again, she changes it so much. The strings in the background are so much fun. The guitar is fun while the cello is soft and almost eerie. Lights' voice is quick paced and makes me like this song more than I did on Siberia.

I hope you enjoyed me review and weren't too pissed off with everything I had to say (really, I only had a couple of bad things to say). I love this album and definitely recommend those who enjoy Lights to buy this and support her. Don't illegally download it, buy it! It's only $9.99 on iTunes or her website. It is available at most music shops for around that much if you want to physical copy. Pre-order packages that included the album or vinyl with a SIGNED Siberia Acoustic poster are not available anymore! Sorry, folks! So glad I bought one and it shipped yesterday.

Tony Moly Cat's Wink Curling Longlash Mascara Review

 

Today I will be reviewing the TonyMoly Cat's Wink Curling Longlash Mascara. What a long name! First I would like to point out that I purchased this off eBay from this seller for around $6.

It is not clumpy at all and really lengthens my eyelashes. This mascara is supposed to curl the eyelashes, but it doesn't and I never expected it to- so I curl my eyelashes before putting the mascara on. One quick note- I don't pile on the mascara. I know some girls like the spider leg, clumpy look but I prefer them to be more natural and this mascara is perfect for that.

This is the mascara with my makeup. That's the e.l.f. liquid eyeliner I bought the other day. I didn't apply it  perfectly but it's not bad for being a beginner!
